How to claim
- Open the S⁺ REWARDS invite on this page and copy referral code 236952. The page shows the code but does not apply it for you.
- Download the S⁺ REWARDS app (信和集團 - S⁺ 獎賞) from the App Store or Google Play, tap Register and verify a Hong Kong, Mainland China or Macau mobile number with the 4-digit SMS code.
- Enter 236952 when the registration form asks for a referral code, then finish the form with your real name, as it must match your payment records.
- Complete your profile under My Account for a separate 2-point welcome bonus, and add your birthday for 5 points at the start of each birthday month.
- Pay HK$100 or more on a single receipt at a Sino Mall merchant by credit card or a stored-value e-wallet. Keep the machine-printed receipt and, for a card, the merchant's card payment slip.
- Scan the receipt and payment proof in the app within 14 days, or register it the same day at the mall's concierge or customer service centre, where points are credited at once.

Eligibility & requirements
- New members only: each mobile number can hold one membership, and duplicate registrations are rejected.
- Members must be 11 or over, and under-18s need a parent's or guardian's consent. Registration needs a Hong Kong, Mainland China or Macau mobile number and iOS 15 or Android 12 or above.
- The 2 bonus points are credited only after you have registered and completed your first Point registration; joining alone earns nothing from the referral.
- Each receipt must reach HK$100 on its own. Receipts cannot be combined, and the amount counts net of discounts, S Coupons and S Dollar, excluding tips.
- Only electronic payments count. A credit card payment, including Apple Pay, Google Pay or Tap & Go charged to a credit card, needs the merchant-issued card slip with the sales receipt; a bank or app screenshot is not enough. Stored-value wallets such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe and BOC Pay need a clear payment record showing the merchant, date and amount.
- Cash, FPS, bank transfers, WeLab Pay, delivery apps and other third-party platforms, stored-value cards, vouchers and bill payments do not earn points.
- The name on the payment record must match the member's, and Sino can ask to see receipts and slips for 12 months after the purchase.
- At the two hotels and the office buildings listed as Other Locations, only food and beverage spending counts.
- Refunding the goods forfeits their points, and Sino has the final say on every registration.

- The reward is small: 2 points are worth HK$1 as S Dollar.
- The basic return is about 0.5%, and each receipt below HK$100, or the part of a receipt above the last full HK$100, earns nothing.
- S Dollar must be used at least HK$10 (20 points) at a time.
- Cash, FPS, stored-value cards and delivery-app orders do not count, and card payments need the paper slip.
- The app is poorly rated: 1.9 on Google Play and 3.6 on the App Store (Hong Kong), with frequent complaints about receipt uploads.
