MaxRewards' official Help Center says a referred friend earns one month of free Gold once they add a card. The credit is a one-month discount on the annual Gold subscription (from US$9 a month, US$108 billed annually), applied when you're charged after the 1-week free trial; it can't be used for the trial itself. MaxRewards only supports US credit card accounts.

Join Google Fi Wireless, Google's US mobile phone service, through this referral link (code M0APFR) and get a US$60 bill credit. Google Fi's official Referrals page says that when you join with a friend's referral code you both get a US$60 bill credit after you pay the first month's bill. Per the referral terms, you must activate a new full-service plan (data-only SIMs and members added to an existing group plan don't qualify) within 30 days of checkout, keep service active for 30 consecutive days and pay your first bill in full. The credit covers Fi service charges only, not phones, and isn't cash. Google Fi is US-only: you need to be a US resident aged 18+ with a US home address.
