How to claim

- New Avo Hub members only. The invite code can be entered only on the sign-up form, so an existing account cannot add it later.
- Registering alone earns nothing from the referral: the bonus points follow your first purchase of an Avo insurance product.
- Avo does not publish the number of referral points or when they post; the figure you receive is the one shown in Avo Hub.
- Members must be 18 or over and register with the name on their Hong Kong Identity Card or passport. Most Avo policies also require the applicant to hold a Hong Kong Identity Card, and travel policies cover only trips that start and end in Hong Kong.
- Policies bought through some third-party platforms earn no points; buy on heyavo.com while signed in.
- If a policy is refunded, the points earned from it are deducted. Single-trip travel, IVF and cosmetic-treatment travel policies cannot be refunded once issued.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Each batch expires on the last day of the 12th calendar month after it was earned, and cancelling your membership forfeits them.
- Avo may change the points for any activity at its discretion, and its decision on disputes is final.
